Delivery time depends on which goods are ordered. The specific delivery time is noted in the product description. Please note that an additional 1-3 business days are expected for orders including products with printing or embroidery. Please note that as soon as a product has entered our print or embroidery department, it is no longer possible to change for example the size or the printing.
If an order includes multiple items, which have different delivery times, you should always expect the longest delivery time to be the relevant delivery time. The reason be that an order with multiple items will be collected and sent all together in one delivery.
If you regret your purchase you have the right to return for 30 days when purchasing from (sportyfied.com). Please note that products with printing or embroidery cannot be exchanged or returned. The right of withdrawal can be executed without giving any reason.
Products that have been personalised with printing or embroidery CAN NOT be exchanged or returned. It is being considered a personalisation of a product as soon as it is being printed or embroidered. The right to return is lost as soon as Sportyfied Aps starts printing or embroidering a product in order to meet the specific needs of a customer; see the Danish consumer agreement law §18, part 3.
Non-EU customers do not pay VAT (Value added taxes), which is automatically deducted at the checkout. Non-EU customers may be required to pay customs or import duties when parcels reach the destination country. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient of the parcel. Customs and import duties vary widely from country to country, and we are therefore not able to inform you of specific charges for your country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note: sportyfied.com cannot declare parcels as gifts or undervalue parcels.
If items are not returned in the same condition and quantity as they were received in, we may have to claim compensation of up to 100%; this will be calculated on an individual basis.

If you regret you purchase and return the products to us we will of course reimburse you for the money you have paid us. The amount will be transferred to the credit card you have used for your purchase or to you bank account as soon as we have received the returned item and ensured that it meets our rules for returns. The only cost for you when returning/regretting an order is the delivery cost for returning the item to us.
You have to include a copy of the order confirmation. This is not an absolute requirement, but the handling time will be faster if you fill out our form on the invoice. Please note, we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).
When you are shopping on Sportyfied.com you, of course, have 24 months warranty. You can either have your item repaired, replaced, money back or a price reduction, according to the specific situation. It is, of course, required that the return is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
You have to return within Âreasonable timeÂ after you have detected the defect regarding the item. However, you must stop using the item as soon as you detect a defect. Otherwise we will not be able to properly asses the case.
If the return is justified we will, of course, reimburse you for your (reasonable) delivery costs.

Remember to always send the package in protective packaging, and get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
